Terms of use

Effective date: October 10, 2026

Best Decision Wheel (bestdecisionwheel.com) is run by Sumner Digital, LLC in Jacksonville, Florida. By using the site, you agree to these terms. They’re short because the site is simple: you spin a wheel, it lands on an answer, and nobody signs up for anything.

What the wheel is for

The wheel exists to get you unstuck. Jeane Sumner made it for her family, where ADHD can turn a small choice into a long stall, and a spin is often enough to get moving. Sometimes the answer it lands on is the one you follow. Sometimes the answer tells you what you wanted all along, because you feel relieved or disappointed the moment it stops.

Either way, the wheel is a nudge, not advice. It doesn’t know your question, your situation or what’s at stake. Please don’t let it decide anything about your health, your safety, your money, the law, or someone else’s wellbeing. For those, talk to a person who knows the facts, like a doctor, a lawyer or someone you trust.

How the answer is picked

Each spin uses your browser’s built-in random number generator, so every slice has the same chance of coming up. That makes the wheel fair. It doesn’t make it magic, and it can’t see the future. A run of five “no” answers in a row is just chance.

Using the site

You can use the wheel as often as you like, for free, for your own decisions, in a classroom, or on a stream. Please don’t:

  • try to break, overload or scrape the site, or get around the protections that keep bots out
  • copy the site’s text, wheel code or design and pass it off as your own
  • show the site inside a frame on another website (a plain link is fine)
  • use the site to break the law or to harass anyone

Linking to any page on the site is welcome.

Ads

The site is free because it shows ads from Google AdSense. Ads come from the advertiser, not from us, and we don’t endorse what they sell. How ads use cookies, and how to turn off personalized ads, is in our privacy policy.

Links to other sites

Ads, share buttons and some pages link to other websites. We don’t run those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you’re there.

No guarantees

We keep the site working and fix problems when we find them, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. The site and the wheel are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Sumner Digital isn’t responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using the site or acting on a spin.

Who owns what

The site’s text, the wheel’s design and code, and the Best Decision Wheel name belong to Sumner Digital, LLC. The answers you spin are yours to use however you like.

Changes

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, in the United States.
